DESIGNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Morgan has been designing for as long as she can remember. As a small child she was known for frequently rearranging her room, scouring her grandmother’s antiques for treasures, and spent hours at her “craft table”. Morgan channeled her creativity into design school at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising where she graduated in 2007. Her career has taken her all over the design world, from floral design, graphics, set-design, runway styling and more but she has always loved the warmth and beauty that designing interiors brings to the home and those who reside in it. After countless DIY home renovations, Morgan found herself designing friends homes and the flip projects she took on with Timothy. Over the past 15 years Morgan has taken on hundreds of projects and loves helping clients define attainable spaces that they love. Whether its a small renovation, remodel, or flip, Morgan loves executing on a vision and seeing joyful clients as a result of refreshing their homes. Outside of designing, she loves being a wife and mother as well as spending time gardening, reading and baking a mean peach pie!

STRATEGY & EXECUTION

Timothy’s experience with start-up business led him to go all in on Real Estate after leading and growing sales organizations for more than a decade. Before his time in sales, he had an extensive time working with general contractors and gaining a knowledge of the trades. Timothy has an innate ability to see potential in homes and create unique opportunity. He is known for having a vision and seeing that through to completion through hard work, dedication and perseverance. He is all things strategy, finance and problem solving and loves helping people bring the pieces together to accomplish big goals.
